My favorite today is definitely 16:3 ~ 3 "Put God in charge of your work, then what you've planned will take place." In fact, I'm printing that and pasting it to my desk. See, beginning Monday, I'm rolling out a new program at work that's going to be INTENSELY busy and stressful. I've been praying about it all week and have committed it to God because on my own, there's absolutely no way it'll be successful. I'm putting Him in charge of this project!!
My favs of ch 16...
1 Mortals make elaborate plans, but God has the last word.
This shows me that no matter what I have planned if it isn't aligned with what God wants for my life it isn't going to happen.
3 Put God in charge of your work, then what you've planned will take place.
4 God made everything with a place and purpose; even the wicked are included—but for judgment.
9 We plan the way we want to live, but only God makes us able to live it.
24 Gracious speech is like clover honey—good taste to the soul, quick energy for the body.
